Payment in full must be received before orders are dispatched.

Refund Terms:

We have a full refund policy for any goods that are damaged or defective. When trying on your gowns, please ensure you use the cotton gloves and do not wear any make-up or hair solutions to avoid marking the dresses. Refunds exclude postage costs.

Shipping Costs:

All goods attract postage costs which are calculated according to weight and location. Our postage rates include packaging and are as follows:

Australia Wide via Registered Post: $9.90 excluding items over 200gms - shipping costs for items such as honey, jams, etc will be advised once quantities have been ordered.
NZ & Asia Region: $40
UK & US: $50
